FAST PRIME LENS URGENT HELP PLEASE

A ROKINON 14mm 2.8 they are amazing, (MADE IN KOREA BUT BUILT LIKE A TANK REALLY GREAT GLASS FOR THE $), a 50mm will be a 75mm on that D 60 body, there goes your fun in the Streets!, wider the better for the streets, you can also get up close with that baby also, only thing is they are Manual focus but Trust me you will Love it!
they also have a Great 85mm f1.4 for portraits $300 killer bokeh!!!

OP also listed that he wanted to also use lens for portraits which complicates it a bit more. 30mm f1.4 as many suggested, though I doubted street photography will allow much use of the f1.4. Hmmm and why do we buy such fast lenses...... I would think to use them wide open when allowed. I'm thinking that you might want to consider a zoom. Something starting at 17mm or so and then as long as you think you might need. I would personally go with a 17-40, 17-55, 17-50 or something close in this range. Keep in minds that primes have their limitations and it's usually the distance that you can move around to make them useful for your particular shot.
