Feedback please on the site linked

Being a complete beginner with a Nikon D90 I impressed myself with a sunset photograph off the roof of the house.
I have set up a site would be grateful for any feedback on how to improve the photo's?

The first picture posted looks very out of focus. Also, there is fairly decent amount of noise in the sky especially. I'm not sure wheat the random orange speck is amongst the trees but its distracting. I'd suggest cloning that out.

In the second, the cats face looks way underexposed on the cat's left side. This picture also seems a tad cool; the white on the chin has a slight blue-ish hue.

Number three seems way too busy for me. There is so much to look at that I find it distracting. I don't really know what to suggest to make it better. There isn't really much you can do about an overgrown weed patch. The B&W isn't a very good conversion IMO.

Great start though and keep on practicing!
