Walmart is seriously the cheapest company I know of and that was confirmed even further when I had kids and tried to do the whole... box tops things. They are awful.

Not to mention that the items walmart gets from it's sellers aren't paid for until the item is actually bought! So all those companies that sell their items at walmart aren't paid for their product until walmart sells it. I know of a few employers that are outraged by that!

Anywho, sounds like you're on your way to getting your business up and running! My hubby and I are doing the same thing. Shooting a few sessions for free before starting to charge. Just so we can gain experience and a portfolio. Then we'll be listing our full price, but offering a discount for a short period of time. Haven't decided on exact prices yet either....
