Can others edit my Photos
Photos NOT OK to edit
I was sitting down low by the water and got several Female Hooded Mergansers to float rather close to me (40-45 feet). I noticed some had all black bills while others were mixed yellow and black.

As always, your shots are fantastic! I really wish that I lived down where you are, especially this time of the year.

Do you think that some of them were juvenile males, with those dark beaks? The one in photo 2 in particular looks like a young male. (But I could be wrong on that, have only seen them a couple of times up here.)

As always they are great Eric, and a beautiful animal. The only thing i could mention is the last one doesn't seem to strike me allot, just because the body is submerged allot so its not balanced well, but you had no control over that. Great work.

Very nice captures, I Love these birds ,was this at Viera?

You are correct, #2 is a 1st year Male. I learned something new today!
