Few for C&C, still trying to nail horizon shots

Oregon coast, taken 09/17 and 09/18.

1. Second round at trying to capture dusk over the ocean

2. Aiming for good definition in the clouds, but in the process I under exposed the rocks

3. Attempting a feeling

I like the idea of the third one... However, I think a bit more of a contrast between the trees and sky woyld make it look better... Also it looks like it might be a bit under exposed... Or something...

It has potential I think... But there is something about it that just.... Well just doesn't make it say WOW... but I think it could...

It was VERY foggy when I took #3, I was hoping to get some light coming in through the fog and trees but just wasn't going to happen. I know what you are saying though, I may try to bump the exposure in PP and see what I can get.

I'm not sure a grad ND would be of much use here. Doesn't seem to be an unbalanced exposure issue.

I think they just need some leveling and some levels adjustment. 3 probably could have been shot better, but it looks like its still fairly useable with some tweaking.
