Few of my first shots

As the title says, a sample of my first few shots with my Nikon D5300. I'm new but slowly getting the hang of it. All feedback is welcomed! It won't hurt my feelings.

Welcome to the site. Here is my opinions on these images.

1) I like the composition of this one. The subject is on the ROT. I'm indifferent about the green an black. Not sure I like it as it but can't decide if it needs to be under or over exposed on that side.

2) A nice image. The composition and the exposure seem good. Possibly the best of the set as is.

3) To me this is the weakest image of the set.

4) This one has some potential to me. Really the only thing I find is the composition. If the beam and cobwebs weren't in the center of the frame this one would be the flat out winner of the group.

Keep on working at it.

Thank you for your advise! I did learn to a few things with each photo

1) I learned the display screen on the camera lies. Also taught me to look at the histogram.

3) I'd have to agree. But I like the droplets.

4) I enjoyed this photo. I just wish I had tripod for a better exposure. Thankfully I have access to this location.
