filming

I am about to get the Sony a55, and with the type of filming im going to be doing I will need some sort of mount, or handle so that i can hold the camera from above and get down low. Does anyone know where i can get one? or what its called?

Sony has a much smaller market share than do Nikon and Canon. Consequently it is a bit more challenging finding 3rd party accessories for Sony DSLR's, or DSLT's.
You're likely going to wind up spending more for accesories to shoot video with the SLT than if you bought a purpose built video camera from the get go.

I thnik you have to be using film to call it "filming" and that shooting without film it's called video. TPF is mainly a still photography forum. I recommend you locate cinematography and/or videography forums.
