I finally got good pictures of the moon! Ones that aren't too bright, no ghostly green shadows, nothing but the moon! Woo-hoo!:mrgreen:

Congrats on your moon shots they look good...You and Nasa have the same problem...No stars! But at least people aren't gonna tell you these shots are fake and you never went to the moon!

Congrats! I remember when my first moon photo turned out clear a few weeks ago. I was really stoked. I've probably taken a hundred since then (lol).

That's the way I feel Cloudwalker. Now I'll have to buy a 500 mm lens or something so I can take even closer pics of it! :mrgreen:

Michaelaw; guess I owe an explanation. I actually took these at 6 PM in the evening, and at that point there were no stars in the sky yet. The sky was even still a dark blue color; but I guess the exposure or ISO or something made it turn out black.
