Finepix 6900 for a newbie

hi everyone!! i've been a member on this board since last year, my last thread was i'm looking for a good camera for a newbie like me.. now i found someone who sells his used Fuji Finepix 6900 for 20,000pesos or around $377.00.. is it a good buy? the price is negotiable.. does finepix 6900 is a good camera for a newbie & wanting to excell..?? will i take it? or do you have other suggestion?
