Wildfires have been hitting southern Oregon hard this year. Lots of smoke in the air, which can make for nice atmospheric sunsets.

This was taken on the west rim of Crater Lake. These red wild flora are past their prime mostly for this year, but I found a good patch and they caught the light nicely.

Thanks very much everyone. It was one of the nicer sunsets I've seen this summer. The smoke really made a huge difference!
