While Tony has already arrived in Hamburg with his narration (I so like some of your pp-work here, Tony, and wish I could give my photos of the working harbour a bit more "pep" like you did with your pp), I'm still at our Sunday walk to "the spot", and here's one of the very Tony (tempra) going through his personal "horsey moment", i.e. taking photos of the horses on that paddock not far from "the spot":

Unlike Alex, Tony's like most others and squeezes his not-viewfinder-eye shut. I do the same...

Sunday afternoon is Landpark-day

Close-up deer photography for yours truly, but only because they thought we'd have brought them a bag of animal food (which we didn't ).

Sky decided it was nicer to walk the park barefooted, despite the beginning drizzle (Jeff had been right earlier in the morning when he wondered if the weather would hold - it did not).

While everyone was either wandering around the park or staying put to tease the goats (so I hear), the weather deteriorated, and soon the drizzle had turned into rain so that in the end the rare breed farm animals showed us clearly what they thought of all the cameras about their place.

Time for the Landpark Café then

It wouldn't ever transpire that this was a TPF group having coffee and cakes in the Landpark Café, now would it??? (And with all those very German coffees and cakes we all easily looked not like tourists, did we? The cameras were certainly no give-away, were they???)

But the result of this attempt to "not look like a tourist" was very worth it:

Coffee and cake seemed to be the order of the day as is German tradition - we didn't wan't to look like tourists!

On Thursday we had lunch in the mill in Scheeßel after our canoe race... I mean trip!

47. From what I understand, the mill's historian works in this room:

48. Some of the mill equipment. The two disc-shaped things were spinning really fast

49. They have plenty of creepy doors there. They keep their ghosts behind the white one. I think they keep the naughty visitors in the floor.

Sky! Your photos are incredibly beautiful! Wow. And even one of Birgit, the Lady of the Mill, though only "Birgit from behind", going in to where the ghosts are stored!

The place where Anne-Marie and Chris are standing is one of my most favourite spots for photography! (Have I mentioned that even ONCE when we were in the mill? ).
