A sudden attack of migraine, so her e-mail to me today says, no way she could look at any screen (and I certainly understand!) ... but today there's no work until 9. She'll be home early. And will then post MORE than 14 photos. Is what she says in her e-mail.

(I really like all those smilies you find sooo much - but you are right, we could put up the same for you, given you "are still in Hamburg" ).

All my pictures come SOOC as I am not doing the photoshop course before fall!
I learned that this is art - Corinna is waiting for the visitors...

Here is my story of the invasion of TPF members to rural Lauenbrück:

The Lauenbrück people disappeared

Nobody wanted to call home
and the TPF invaders asked themselves: What are we doing here?

The ducks flew away

... an people evacuated from the nearest airport:

The invaders turned out to be harmless tourists after all:

What they really needed to know: Will there be enough water in the River on Thursday?

The Laubenrück people did not return

allthough they left something behind: the friendly greetings to all neighbours and aliens ever coming to Lauenbrück.

We had dinner in the barn...

Sunday Morning: The TPF Breakfast-Table

Another walk, trying to find Lauenbrück people... no luck so far!

They seemed to be disappearing by passenger train and also by freight train!

The horses couldn't care less, the cows ignored them
and the trains were passing by at full speed

Ony the bugs never got the chance to escape

... nor did the little snake

What else was there to take photos of? The backsides of TPF members? NO! Please scroll back to page one to learn better!

By the way - I never took 40 000 pictures - only 1628, most of them double.
Out of those I kept I choose some more and post them tomorrow...

We searched long and hard to find juuuuust the right scenic spot to take a TPF salute picture :roll:

Bronze fisherman outside the lovely seafood restaurant to which Corinna took us in Hamburg. And where I met a very chatty German lady in the WC who spoke to me for so long that a search party was organized to come find me…

Jeanne, you actually managed to get some really nice photos of me, thank you for that (I mean it, the fluffy handcuffs and that ugly bandaid around my finger aside).
And where on earth do you find all those smilies??? Ts. Even one with FLUFFY HANDCUFFS!!!

And I was the ONLY one to swap!
But that parachutist I swapped my lootbag for needs to get his parachute all disentangled, and who really wants to do THAT job, I wonder???

And methinks my sister's actually been around to post her photos. Yay :cheer:
All while I was in choir practise (right inside the church you all photographed in such splendid manner!!!) - and all while our choirmaster decided to cancel that one piece for our performance in Bremer Dom next Thursday, to be sung in Finnish language, since too few had learned how to sing it in in-don't-know-how-many-weeks :roll: . I meanwhile know the entire piece by heart ... so I am very disappointed .

Those words are music to my ears. I am always terribly pleased when someone tells me they like photos that I took of them!

Heehee, I came across that one just yesterday! Perfect timing.

Sorry to hear the Bremer Dom concert has been cancelled. But hopefully it will be rescheduled to take place some other time.

Oh, not the entire concert has been cancelled. Just that one piece - it is several shorter pieces and pieces for organ in between and will only last an hour, and our choirmaster now has to quickly go find another piece for organ to fill in the 3 minutes (it's only those three minutes that got cancelled for us as choir).
