First film portrait...with digital counterpart

Finally got around to getting some film developed, out of 2 rolls of 120 I only ended up with a half dozen shots I actually liked. Thought I'd share the film and digital versions I ended up with.

Film: Mamiya 645 AFD + Kodak Portra 160
Digital: Sony a99

The only thing I changed in lighting was I turned off the camera right rim light, I wanted to see how the film would handle shadows and this was a pretty high key set-up.

There's something about the film one that really draws me in...the texture or something, can quite put my finger on it. But I'm definitely looking forward to shooting and exploring more.

I like the comparison, I'm not sure if its my eyes or the screen, but her skin tone looks a little yellow-greenish on the film version.

And as for your digital...a99ftw
