Your posing is OK, and you caught some good expressions.

But the lighting is really weak. It seems you have one light, up high and near the center and nothing in the shadows. Also, all of these would have benefited with a BIT of a background light. But move that main light off to one side, and add a little fill. Even high-ratio, low key portraits like these need a little fill lighting.
