I just started shooting about two weeks ago after I made my 60d purchase and I can say it's been a pretty fun use of my time. I've read the tutorials on here and the manual and I think i'm getting the hang of it. Help me out on what I need to work on, thanks!

Without meaning to sound rude, I think you're still at the 'snapshot' stage. I would suggest continuing to read your manual and tutorials, and keep shooting. Once you're very comfortable with the controls and basic concepts of the exposure triangle and such, then move on to composition and the artistic aspects. You might want to search topics such as "photographic composition", "the rule of thirds" and "the golden mean".

Agreed. Still 'snapshots'. Though mine are much better yet...LOL.
