first portrait style picture C&C please

i know the picture is out of focus, so besides that, how is it?hows the angle? no flash was used, this is all natural lighting.(refering to bottom picture)

the first one has a good angle but there is too much information... the logos on the top laft and right tend to be focus point and that is not good for your main subject... you have enought information near your subject (the pool player) as i have shown with the red lines ... or try a blur on them or something...

the second one has the same probleme and also i would have tried to move a bit to your left to get his face a bit into the light
