First portraits with the lady, need your opinions please!

I'm just going to echo that it needs fill light of some kind. In every one, there isn't enough light on the eyes. I would suggest using a reflector (soft gold, perhaps) to fill in the shadows over a flash. Unless you're trying to over-power and thus under-expose the ambient light, a reflector is guaranteed, by definition, to not over-power your key light, in this case the sun.
