The choice of clothing is distracting (can't believe I wrote that or even think that). A different choice in the outfit could have made this a nicer photo.

As for the picture, I think the setting and exposure are fine, and I like the DOF. The devil is in the details, however. Her facial expression, as mentioned, isn't really ideal. And you should clone out that bra strap. I like that you were going for a nice, casual, peasant-girl type shot, so the wardrobe isn't that bad (though the billowing of the shirt hides her figure and she needs a more supportive bra). I probably would have had her barefoot, especially since those flip flops aren't really ideal either.
