Can others edit my Photos
Photos OK to edit
Hey all,
First off, I am brand new to this awesome place! Second I was hoping that I could get some C&C on a few of the photos I took for one of my brother's friends a few weeks ago. I am trying to learn as much as I can in hopes of someday soon starting my own business, (I know, who isn't now a days;)). I have been taking photos for about 4 years now, but up until recently I have never really taken any for other people outside of my close family and friends, and I am always much more hard on my own work, so I was hoping to get a few other opinions and views on things that I could use improving on. These particular photos have already been edited a bit.
Thanks so much for all your help.
Mickey

i know its the thing to do with wedding photos, but i'm really not a fan of the blurry look.. softening I guess it is.. I've done quite a few weddings, and the ones that the bride and groom tend to like the most are the ones that have the natural look, not the blurred look... its just a preference I guess... the pictures arent bad though... the first one kind of takes me off guard, I know you were trying to get a picture of the flowers, but the thing that really sticks out in the picture... isn't the flowers...

It's very important to have one eye on people attitude. Look permanently at the bride and the groom and try to catch some interesting pictures. Change the angle frequently, try black and white sometimes, try closeup and don't forget the wide angle. As a wedding photographer I can say that you can make happy a lot a house party if they are in the wedding album pictures. Good luck!

Thanks for the feedback, it is appreciated. And I did not really notice the background on the floers till you pointed it out, thanks I may have to try and do some editing on it. :)
