fisheye for canon ... help! lol

my cousin is going to parsons for photography so we are getting her some camera equipment. we got her a canon xs for xmas which is great for her to start out at but she really wants a fisheye lens and as we all know the cheapest fisheye is from tokina which is slightly under 600 (unless i missed one?) ........... i figured a simple solution would be a 58mm fisheye to put on top of her 18-55. im sure it wont be the best quality but its cheaper than the lensbabies and she will most likely be content with that. any sugestions on such a lens?
