Fisheye Question

Im thinking about buying a fisheye to shoot skateboarding/bmx with my 60D. One of my friends recommended this one to me:
Tokina ATX107PRODXC 10-17mm f/3.5-4.5 Fish Eye

Has anyone used this lens?
Also does anyone have a better recommendation for a fisheye?
