Flash diffuser i just made

I have some luxon flash and i dared to put it on camera but since i have no control over it, flash pops so strong. So i just made some kind of diffuser to reflect light. I am about 1.5meter from plant and room was completely dark. First image is with diffuser and flash up (0 angle), second is without diffuser flash angle 0, and third one is direct flash and angle 90.



It's very simple design and i just made it from some reflecting material i had at home.



And here are some really close pictures of ice cream, i was about 30cm away from it. First one is with direct flash, and second one is with diffuser and flash angle was 30.

The ice cream dish needs to be right between the two you posted.
