Flash for weddings? What to use?

I have a wedding shoot coming up and was sounder what flash to use I have a Nikon d3200 and a Sony a350. I Hurd of people using ring flash but wasn't sure.

For weddings I carry with me several speedlights and an off camera trigger setup for them; softboxes and modifiers for them; several gorilla pods to be able to place said speedlights anywhere; 2 strobes that are 300WPS with a trigger setup, stands and softboxes.

What do I use most? Between 2 and 4 speedlights off cameras with a trigger set, gorilla pods and either lightsphere or small speedlight softboxes.

I LOVE those things! Not so hot with an umbrella sometimes, hence why I use the small softboxes or the lightsphere. You can stick a flash almost anywhere using them. I have the ones rated to hold an SLR and I think one of the next larger one.
I think I have a couple of similar from flashpoint that I picked up when I was in adorama one day. I really like them and I think I paid like $15 bucks. BIG savings over the actual Gorilla Pods

OP have you been to the church? have you talked to the pastor/preacher/officiant to see if flash photography is allowed during the wedding? a lot of places they arn't. something to look into. also if your not allowed to use flash you may want to check your camera to see if its capable of even getting a shot. the wedding I did my D7000 was at iso 3200 shooting at 1/100th a secone on a F/2.8 Zoom lens and it was a struggle with noise and motion blur. so something you may need to check into if you havn't allready.

Hey any popcorn left? As piximedic mentioned I use speedlights. Sb 600, sb 700 and an old sb24 we got at next to nothing as a back up. Two light stands, two shoot through umbrellas, small soft box for the speed lights and a bounce card. Hadn't thought of using a gorilla pod may have to hit the list of extras lol.
