FLASH PROBLEM!

Ive been trying to sync my SB-700 to my D7000 and for some reason I cant get it to work can someone help please?

Have you read your owner's manual?

Maybe I'm slow but I don't understand the question. What are you trying to synchronize? There isn't much; Put flash on camera, set shutter speed to 1/250 second or less, shoot photograph. With Commander mode: Set camera to Commander mode, set flash to Commander mode, make sure both are in the same group, shoot photograph.

Are you trying to fire a flash that's mounted on your camera's hotshoe, or are you talking about firing it remotely?

For remote: make sure the flash is set to remote mode and the camera is in commander mode. Note: if you're shooting in auto, you can't get into commander mode on the camera.
