I haven't posted anything for a while because I'm back to uni and have to write a thesis, but I finally got out for about half an hour yesterday. Here are some photographs I took of some roadside flowers. Comments are much appreciated. Hope you enjoy...

#1 & 3 are quite dark... Besides that, not bad at all

Somehow I find that stamen in Photo 1 looks a bit ... icky. Don't know why.

Photo 2 is a good idea but the outcome is too dark. #3 is too dark, as well.

In the end I think I like the last best but still would have preferred to see the bottom petal entirely inside the frame and not cropped off.
