Focal Length for landscape/cityscape?

Hey I currently have my eyes on the 14mm samyang that only gets up to 300 bucks.

Wanted to know what the best focal length is in your opinion.

Looking for landscape shots as well as wideangle shots in a city.

Also shooting on a full frame camera

Anything from 4mm to 40000mm.

I like the 17-35mm range, and the 70-200 and 300mm, sometimes @400mm

I like the 35 for cityscape, and 70-200 for landscape ...

To each their own! Some shoot cityscapes with fisheyes!
