Focus screens

Rarely manual focus because I seem to have trouble nailing it with the standard viewfinder. I love the viewfinder on my Minolta x700. Is there a way to upgrade the focus screen on a d5100 to one similar to the x700?

I had one in my D7000 I loved it! I just wish they would make one for the D600.
