Okay sounds good. I have no experience with this one on Amazon.ca but it claims to have 0.04 mm adjustments. Good for return if it doesn’t meet your requirements and $369 CDN.

That rail system in the vid is very much like mine with the fixed camera attachment plate.
I use a zoom lens 28 -105 with kenco macro tubes, the zoom I use for broad stroke focus then the fine focus on the slider. Used with the camera tethered I can use the lap top screen to compose and focus then take the pic.
I am using canon with canon software of a pc using win 7 home
