Need some advice for a Dropped DSLR Lens (Lens Cap Stuck)

Would converting it to EF-S be viable? or would a conversion piece from EF-S to EF be good?

Just bought an old Sigma lens on ebay that was for spares, managed to get the Bayonet off it and I'm cleaning it then putting in on the camera, all holes allign with my other lenses Bayonet and fingers crossed it should work again!
