This was during camping in Colorado in 2020...I got up each morning to catch the Sunrise...none were too spectacular, except for this one, when a huge fog bank rolled in just prior to the sun crossing the horizon. As the sun came up the Fog rose in a column and looked like it was forming a "Fognado"....hence the title.
