Yesterdays game was a BIG game. Last year was an extremely close game between our 2 schools. They one by a touchdown in the last few minutes to ruin our 7-0 record. So this game of course was going to be big. It was close the entire game. It ended up going into 4 overtimes. We won 55-52. It was very exciting as you could imagine

All comments and critiques please and thank you

1 Our QB is a powerhouse. Not only is he first string but one of the best runners and best defensive men. He's in the game almost non stop

Some nice shots here...unfortuantely, there seems to be some focusing problems for the first couple. Of them all, #3 + #6 seem to be the strongest to me. And while #10 was a fantastic moment to catch, I can't help but think that it would've been much stronger if it wasn't cropped so tightly and/or used a wider angle lens. Keep shooting :)

Thanks. Yeah focusing is what I think needs the most work.
In 10 it looked like the pass was going to go to a receiver on the other side of the end zone and then i realized it was coming right and front of me and quickly tried to swing around and get it. I was lucky to get anything. I wish I had it wider tho

A lot of these photos are awesome. I love the sport of football (unfortunately do to my small size I chose wrestling over football).

I really like these pictures! A couple focusing issues but a lot of these photos are spot on! Great DOF and shutter speed (looks like you had a lot of light to work with).

You really capture the emotion and dedication these players have.

If I could choose favorites I choose numbers 4, 5, 8, 10, and 11.

Two thumbs up to these shots. So are you using them for your school or anything like that? I know your school would probably appreciate these.

Thank you very much.

I'm not officially part of any school program that has me shoot for them but I do give a lot of my shots to the yearbook (and in turn get my own full page ad :)) and on occasion a few administrators ask me to shoot an event here and there. One of them bought me a 4gb sandisc ultra 2
