Football(Soccer) Pictures-First Time =D

Here are a few shots from my school's football(soccer) tourney. All pictures taken from my trust digital; Panasonic DMC-FZ7. Hope you guys like em .

They are super dark, their faces, and it just seems like all the blacks are super intense. Did you edit them this way?

First off I really like the last shot, it's by far the best of the bunch. Most are too dark, guessing shot on auto, it exposed for the brighter backgrounds, the action is a little late on most as well and a little too loose. It looks like a great place to do a feature on football, not being your typical field. Keep at it, look for different things other than just the action, there appears to be some interesting backgrounds to work with. As a photojournalist I see great potential in shooting around this area.

Thanks for the suggestion. Yes, i guess they really are too dark :/. And yeah i do take photographs of different things as well. Going to post in other sections soon . And yeah, this location is by far the best for photography here. I really have some other pictures in mind for this area. Hope they go well .
