These two pics were taken last nigth, on the first one I forgot to adjust the ISO setting, it was too late for the second one ... Is it possible to adjust the colors so that that they somewhat similar?

I know they are a little blurry but thats the best i can get with the kit lens

click on layers in photoshop, then click new adjustment layer, then click leves or curves. either one will bring out some colors in the photo.

This is the best I could do without bringing out a ton of noise.

you might boost up the colors a little bit but its impossible to do what you want to do

Probably about the best you are gonna get from it, it is way out of bounds for a decent recovery without extensive retouch work.
