Sure it's ok, as long as it's your photo and not someone elses.

I would have cropped it a bit tighter to loose the black arch at the bottom and to apply a less centered composition.

if you are going to have a centered composition I feel it may have been better if the fountain was looking right at the camera. Kind of giving it an almost portrait feel.
