This might have been covered already so Im sorry to ask again. How do you add a frame to your pic? When I see other peoples pics, they have a nice black frame on it. How do you do that or where can I learn it?

personally im not a huge fan of framing on everything. look for good framing in the pictures you take. but when i do add a frame in photoshop i use select all and edit -->Stroke, select about 120 pixels or so and click ok.
