Not sure how other people feel about this idea, but I liked it, mainly because it's in Frank's handwriting. Probably dumb but the quote means something to me personally. Have at it.

As a "words have meaning" person, I get this. And like it very much.

Normally, I'm not a fan of text with images, but in this case, I actually like it and think it works. Helps that it's in a natural handwriting style instead of a font.

I also like the location of the words--mixed in with the people. My only thought is that I wonder how it would look if the words were more transparent, just slightly, if you were to lower the opacity on that layer to say, 60-80%. It would make it more difficult to read, but it also might blend into the audience in an interesting way and keep the viewer engaged a little longer. Just an idea.

I'd prefer to see the text over the dead space to the top-left, not over a complex background...

I personally can't draw any relationship between the quote and image together, but I do like the capture.

^^I agree with the placement of the text would be better in the dead space. Looks like plenty of room.

Thanks for the feedback, everyone! I know it's not something that everyone can relate to, but it's more directed towards fans of Frank Turner, or people like myself who have suffered from depression/suicidal thoughts or actions.

That being said, I made some changes based on some suggestions. What do you think?

I think that makes it a much stronger image. I don't know Frank Turner or his music, but it looks like there are people that do. Nicely done.

well, I like the first placement of the words.

The second image is just too busy all over the place...
