I watched the videos. I'm sorry to say they contain some faulty information and I have to recommend steering clear. A novice could be badly misdirected.

eg. Three different times across 2 videos it's recommended that if you don't have a display calibrator that you should then set the OS system profile for the display to Adobe RGB. That's major wrong -- NEVER do that.
