Free way to create collage that won't compromise resolution?

I am wanting to put three photos together horizontally. atm my only software is Lightroom and unless I'm missing something it can't create collages. LOL I tried just googling to find something but the free little sites I come across to make collages end up damaging the picture quality of my images. Any suggestions?

Yep. Lightroom does not have the tools needed to do most graphic arts type functions.
That's why Adobe's Photography Program includes both Photoshop CC 2014 and LR 5.

Three photos side-by-side horizontally is called a triptych.

That is often called a triptych.
