I love 2 the most. The line of lights going off into the distance create a lot of depth, it's neat.

The sled next to the water is just plain scary...I hope someone didn't fall in.

First of all, "Beauty is in the eye of the beholder" is just something that the parents of ugly kids and untalented artists say.. That ranks right up there with, "Money isn't everything," but I'd like to see you pay your mortgage without it.. Your pics are wonderful.

It's great to sit here in America and look at another world.. So far away-so different, yet so similar in so many ways.. Nice work.

stsinner, well said. I guess we are all the same while living in so different places. Of course Romania has it's bad sides (mostly due to the some of the people living here - there's a saying "Romania is a heavenly place..too bad it's populated"). Usually the bad sides show up in the media (gipsies stealing and killing, rapes, corruption, poverty). But there is also the good side and the honest God fearing people, that unfortunately doesn't appeal as much to the media. So I guess, alternative channels of presenting romania's beauty are a blessing.

Of course, I'm not trying to shove Romania on anyone's throat, not really my goal here, but if I managed to make it a bit more interesting for some, I guess it doesn't really hurt anyone.

did a couple of hdr's and some normal ones in the mountain side. It was the first trip with the new Tamron 17-50mm f/2.8 SP lens. Good tool, I still need to practice some things.
