I would start with an egg bath and then drop it in flour. Having already sauteed green onions and garlic, add a little more olive oil and increase temperature to ~375°. This should be a quick fry because much like prawns, you do not want to overcook by making the legs rubbery. While they are frying, I would add a few dashes of chillie pepper, if you want a bit of a kick. Once they are cooked and you have the baked sweet potato with cinnamon and nutmeg and the cole slaw (with shredded carrots) already plated, add a little hot sauce to the legs.... I prefer Texas Pete, but any sauce you like is okay.Frog! How do I improve this?

I did shoot in RAW as well as JPG. Still learning all the editing though.
Here is another on that may be a little more interesting.
