Hi there,
Finally, after I was dreaming of one for 12 years, I got me a DSLR camera after clicking away an average of 6000 pics/year on point and shoot digital cameras. Had probably 7 or 8 middle to upper class digitals in this time - they don't do very well in the environment where I use them - around horses and cattle on cattle ranches in the mid west.
Since I, as much as I enjoy fotography, never really inderstood "ISO", "AV", ..., I am hoping for some good pointers from this forum
