What's new

From The Yard.

Thanks Guy.The sigma really is very sharp providing a good copy,Good lighting,Good focus and I am not twitching around like the birds. The sweet spots seem to be F/8 through F11. Other then a little cropping this was SOOC. No post sharpening at all.

Now that you know your sweet spot...if you can remove the twig it will be nicer. Or maybe you like that nice touch of twig there...It is a pretty shot.......I love it.
My cloning out tool generally works ok but not when its something like this,it will blur the feather detail. No matter how carefully I try it just screws it up.Thanks

You are making me want to get out and shoot a few more Sparrows Dave. Super sharp details, superb in fact, both of them. Goes very well with those greens in there.

All the best Dave and yep, SUPER sharp fine feathering showing up ;)

Danny.

Gosh! wish I could take photos that sharp.
