FS 1954 Nikon

Selling for my aunt, who is now 92 and ready to declutter............. finally.
Her husband served in Korea and bought this camera in 1954. It is in good shape and has the brand name Nippon Kogaku Tokyo, on the top.
The serial number is 6127615.
It has an original lens cap and original brown leather case. His initials JL are scratched into the underside of the cover.


Similar models on Ebay seem to be priced all over the place, os make a fair offer.

That seems to be a Nikon S rangefinder camera. Nice find, although it's not necessarily a rare camera. Over 31,000 units were made in the early 50s. If you have pictures of it, it would help if you can post the link.
