FS: Almost New Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ200 and lots of extra gear

I wanted to get back into photography and bought a Lumix FZ200 Digital Camera in May, 2014. After a short time, I realized I wanted something with interchangeable lenses and a larger sensor. But before I made that decision, I had ordered a lot of other gear specifically for the FZ200. Now it is all for sale. Here is the complete list. Follow all the links for descriptions for each of the items. Everything is in either excellent or perfect condition (excellent would indicate some cosmetic flaw, like a tiny scratch on the rear LCD of the camera, and perfect would be either never used or used without any damage at all. None of the equipment comes with manufacturer's packaging - I assumed I would own it forever and don't have room for miscellaneous boxes and wrappings.

Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ200 Digital Camera from B&H Paid 597.99 May 19,2014. It has a very tiny scratch on the right edge of the LCD and no other damage.

RainbowImaging 100 Meter 2.4GHz Wireless Remote Shutter Release for Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ200 from Amazon Paid 29.99 on May 27, 2014. Used once, still in perfect condition.
Case Logic SLRC-201 SLR Zoom Holster from Amazon Paid 21.99, also on May 27 and in use since it arrived. Excellent condition with no apparent flaws or damage, except maybe a little dirt.
DSLRKIT High Quality Metal Tripod Mount Ring D for Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ200 from Amazon Paid 21.49 on June 3, 2014. This item is actually made for the Canon EF 100mm f/2.8L Macro IS USM, but fits the FZ200 perfectly. Used it a few times and still in perfect condition.
52MM Professional Lens Filter Accessory Kit, Includes: Vivitar Filters (UV, CPL, FLD), Carry Pouch, Tulip Lens Hood, Lens Cap w/ Cap Keeper Leash and MagicFiber MicroFiber Lens Cleaning Cloth from Amazon Paid 14.99 on May 19. In hindsight, I would not have purchased this item if I knew what I know now about filters.
Replacement DMW-BLC12 Battery for Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ200 from Amazon Paid 15.99 on May 19, 2014. I used the original battery twice and this one only once - that is how much time the camera was in use.
Fotodiox Filter Wrench Kit for Lens Thread 52mm from Amazon Paid 9.49 on June 17, 2014. Never used.
Fotodiox 52mm Inner-pinch Lens Cap, with Cap Keeper from Amazon Paid 6.34 on June 5, 2014, and worth every penny because the Lumix cap is crap (terrible grip) and I threw it away after getting this.
2.5mm (Male) To 3.5mm (Female) Stereo Audio Jack Adapter from Amazon Paid 1.27 on May 19, 2014 because no decent accessories for this camera are available with a 2.5mm connector (like the aforementioned remote shutter release). Used only once and in perfect condition.

I paid a total of $767.49 for all of this great stuff (okay, it's not all great - the cheap filters and maybe the filter wrenches are not so hot). I am asking for $600.00 via Paypal for everything. I will include shipping via ground to any of the lower 48 (AK & HI and any other country, you pay all shipping expenses). If you are interested in only this camera, you can get a better deal for a brand new one elsewhere. This deal includes everything in the list - all or nothing. I took very good care of it the short time I've owned it. Except for not having the original packaging, you can consider all of this as like new. Even the tiny scratch on the very edge of the LCD is not enough to be concerned about.
