Hi guys,
For sale is a 3-week-old Nikon D300s camera body with all original accessories and box, with blank warranty from NikonUSA. I took less than 200 photos but certainly the number of clicks should be a little higher than that, i guess about 300-400 click. No damage, no scratch, no issue. Will upload some photos if you would like. The GGS III Generation Optical Glass Screen Protector For Nikon D300S also installed ($25 value). FOr more information, please visit http://www.amazon.com/Generation-Optical-Glass-Screen-Protector/dp/B003XNI75Q

PM me if you are interested. Paypal and local pick-up preferred.

If you would like a BRAND NEW, unused Nikon 35mm AF-S f/1.8G with 5-years nikonUSA warranty please add $190.

Why am I selling? I recently purchased this as brand new at BHphotovideo in October 2010 and just decided to go for D700 instead. BHphotovideo only allows 14 days return, otherwise they would charge me a restocking fee.

Feel free to ask me any questions you have.

I just got home and here are some photos (sorry for the image quality, I dont have another Nikon to take these photos :) )

It is just like a brand new one. I decided to get the D700 just 2 days past the return period. If I return, they would charge me about $220 restocking fee, and then resell it as used for about $1400 to make a small profit.

Sorry..I realize I shouldnt have posted this. Good luck with your sale. No hard feelings.

Did you register the camera online with Nikon USA? Does the D300s have a USA serial number?

No. The camera has not been registered. Warranty paper is also left blank.
And Yes. This is a product of Nikon USA, and under Nikon USA warranty.

At that price, youll be lucky if you get any bites..even to haggle.

I already said that this is almost new with 300-400 shots. Remember that if the number of shots is under 200, the retailer still can re-sell it as a new one.
And, if you check the price at BHphotovideo, $1,350 is the price of a refurbished one.

Best of luck on the sale, I was shocked at the value of the D300s myself. Hopefully everyone can move along that is just here to criticize your asking price.

If you're interested, make an offer - he's free to ask whatever he wants for it. I don't see people doing this with SB-800 sales. :)

Thanks Light Artisan. I can still return it back to BHphotovideo for $1,250 and they will resell it for a small profit.

But I guess no one is interested at that price.
