Hi, you are looking at a near mint condition 28-70 lens. I own two of these lenses, this being a backup. The daily use never gave up on me so this backup lens was rarely used. This is the cleanest 28-70 you'll find on anywhere used.
As you can see in the photos, there are no flaws with the lens at all. Zoom and focus rings are smooth. AF speed is lightening quick, from my experience just as fast as the newer 24-70. A filter was used since day one and removed just for cleaning. There is a tiny speck of dust inside the lens but does not affect image quality at all.
This is a US model lens - not gray market!
Buying this lens, you're pretty much getting a brand new 28-70.
