Fuji XT-2 and Fuji 50-230 lens

If you are using a current Fuji X , then I really don't understand all the angst about which post software programs should be purchased. Perhaps this comes from past habits of spending hours on a computer manipulating Raw images?
The ooc Fuji JPEG shots satisfy many shooters. If not, there seems a great deal of difficulty in choosing post software.
