Not sure what this flower is called, I have never been good at identifying them.....

A nice flower I cannot identify...but has a lot of potentials for improvement. A solution in my mind is to make the background all black, add that stem at the bottom and add more space at the left side.

I agree with what izzie said but also i think the angle is too head-on, doesn't show any depth. Great subject choice though
