FZ1000 Long shutter noise reduction

While shooting in iA+ mode, the Long shutter noise reduction came on and the photos came out blurry. I have never seen this before and I have shot in this same situation many times. I can't see how to shut this off. I've gone to menu where it is supposed to be but it is not there. Any suggestions?

This has nothing to do with the gear.

To achieve noise to signal ration, the camera system will expose
longer and so DEMAND a stable platform. Test the procedure on
a tripod.

Blurry sounds like movement during open shutter, not noise reduction. Like NS said, try a tripod or other stable platform and see what you get. You could also post an example so we can see it.
