FZ1000 remote video control/live streaming questions.

Hi everyone. Trust you are all managing these interesting times we are in and not going too crazy.

2 questions hopefully to people doing this with the FZ1000.
1) As a result of being stuck I was looking into producing some short videos using my FZ1000. can anyone suggest a good (budget) remote video control. I have seen some photo remotes that say they can control video too. Possible?
2) Using my FZ1000 as a webcam. I understand i need an HDMI capture card. Any suggestions?
